Hello my friends,
Well here I am on day 2 of my 30 day detox. Yesterday went pretty well, no major meltdowns,lol. I measured and weighed myself, which I will also do again every 10 days. Today I hit a rough patch with not having any caffeine. I find that some of the gluten free and organic foods are not very tasty. I am, however, enjoying my new Nutri Bullet. I have been making smoothies with fruit, veggies, coconut oil, unsweetend almond milk, 2 scoops of protein powder, 1 scoop of fiber powder, 1 scoop of greens powder, and sometimes even almond butter. I am so happy, excited, and grateful for this experience. Just so you know, I totally ate an entire box of ice cream bars and 2 bags of gummy savers before I started this detox,lol. That shouId do me for a while. I will post more about my experiences as I feel called to. Until then, be well.
