I hope everyone had a wonderful Valentines Day. I won't have any tummy aches this year from chocolate :) Well I was just checking in with everyone to let them know how I am doing on this detox. I measured and weighed myself again yesterday on day 20. I have lost a total of 1 inch off of my arm, my bust size remained the same ;) I lost 2 inches from my waist, a half of an inch from my hips, and a half of an inch off of my thighs. I have lost 6 pounds. I feel alot more joy, my skin glows, I'm sleeping better, and feel more energetic and productive. Life feels good :)
