Hello my special tribe,
I am on day 13 of my 30 Day Detox. On day 10 I measured and weighed myself again. I was happy with my results. I lost a 1/2 of an inch around my arm, an inch and a half around my waist, and I lost 3 pounds. My bust, hips,and thigh measurements all remained the same. I am doing much better without any caffeine. I would say that is the hardest part of the whole journey. My skin is glowing. I am loving that part for sure. I really have enjoyed some of the detox recipes that came with the package. I could easily eat them detox or not. I also feel heathier with more energy. My sleep has improved tremendously, to the point of oversleeping a few times. Well that's about all I got for now. I will check back in soon with more results. Be well, Christina
